Call-out 25/07/2021 26/21 * Person in Distressed State *
Boyne Fishermen's Rescue recieved a second call while attending an incident at Clogherhead Pier.
Call reported male in a distressed state at the waters edge between Fiddler Case Pier and Drogheda Port.
Our second inshore rescue boat which was providing cover to the town while we also attended the incident at Clogherhead Harbour was launched and proceeded to the scene.
Upon arrival crew located a male matching the description , thankfully it was a call with good intent as the male was ok.
Crews returned to base to wash ,restage and sanitize equipment in the event of another tasking.
