Call-out 04/11/2020 61/20
This morning shortly before 09.45am the Boyne Fishermen's Rescue and Recovery Service was requested to assist on Mornington beach.
We dispatched a crew to the location.
Crews were requested to restaged a number of life rings along the beach following a Incident where they had been removed from there housing.
This has been on going issue in the area with numerous incidents with similarity which occured within a matter of weeks of each other.
Crews managed to retrieve the liferings,restage them and double check some that had been restaged by members of the public.
We urge people not to tamper with these life saving devices,as a missing life ring can be a missing life.
