Animal Rescue 14/01/20 04/20
This evening at 18.15pm the BFRRS received a call for assistance with a animal rescue.A swan had made its way from the river and was sheltering nearby with suspected injuries on the Marsh Road in Drogheda.
We dispatched 1 of our mobile units to the location.
On arrival crew located the swan in a garden and managed to contain the swan and bring it to all pets vetinery clinic for examination and treatment.
A period of time later after treatment and check over along with the vet ,we released the swan back onto the river Boyne.
